chat - it all starts with an introductory call so we can get to know you and what you're looking for. after we get to know you and your vision a bit better, you'll receive a personalized quote that best helps fit the gaps you're trying to fill.

Plan
plan - after we decide which services best fit your needs, we set out to make sure that our goals are aligned. if applicable, we develop key performance indicators and benchmarks. on the design side, we start our initial brainstorm sketching.

create - this step looks different based on the scope of the project. we map out content for campaigns, design layouts for promos, illustrate your new brand, piece together new content, write the copy for your newsletter, and more.

review
review - review rounds are included in every illustration and graphic design project scope. we also request a final reiew of campaign walkthroughs, copy, and marketing plans. requested, but not required as we know the value of a polished deliverable that doesn't need a spellcheck.

launch
launch - we start the campaign or provide your deliverables in alignment with our preset goals and contract. you get to see the work we've done in action on your feed, website, or brand identity. we keep a careful eye out for any adjustments or immediate updates needed.

analyze - as the final step in the process, we see what worked and what didn't. we run our analytics using metrics based off of key performance indicators and circle back to the initial goals of the project. we provide suggestions based off performance for your next success.
